Q: I want to know how my order will be processed after payment being confirmed.
A: The waiting time for a response from instant online services (such as WhatsApp) is unpredictable and we design this website to provide comprehensive self-service and that being said we will update your order status timely in your account which you just now registered. Please follow the steps below to log in to your account to view order updates
1, Log in to your account with the email address which you used to register on this web site and together with the password.
2, Under ” My Orders ” there is a link named ” Order History ” then click that link.
Our system will notify you via email as soon as your order is updated in case you forget to log in to your account to view the updates.

1, Payment request sent
After Placing your order there`s no available payment method, but you have 3 options for the payment:
– Cryptocurrency ( Btc, Eth, USDT or any coin that you want )
– Credit Card ( same as show on the picture )
3, Factory Confirmed
Factory that makes this product will do the first round QC before delivering to the warehouse on our end. Regarding QC procedure the difference between other sellers and us is that we do double QC for each order. The first QC will be done by factory as mentioned here and then we do final one before shipment. Normally it will take 1-2 days to update order status from ” Payment Received ” to ” Factory Confirmed “
4, Products Ready(full or partial)
Your order has passed the first round QC done by factory and received from our end ready for final QC. Normally it will take 3-5 days to update order status from ” Factory Confirmed ” to ” Products Ready “
5, QC Photo Sent
We sent you an email including a link to your QC photo. Once you received that QC email please review your QC photo and then hit the button(GL / RL) accordingly at the bottom of QC web page.
GL
* Order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
RL ( One of the following methods will be taken after reaching a consensus )
* Deliver your order after products are exchanged.
* Full refund and with order cancellation.
“GL” stands for green light which means you are HAPPY with the QC we sent you, we will dispatch your order in 24 hours once you choose GL.
“RL” stands for red light which means you are UNHAPPY with the QC we sent you for whatever reason and we will refund or exchange to a new one once you choose RL.
Please be noted if any item got RL’d then we need to run the process again to make sure the new one is decent so it may take a few days.
If we have not received your confirmation 30 days after we sent the QC photos then your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be made accordingly.
6, Haul Dispatch Complete
This status means we have already dispatched your order to the shipping company and it is in transit now. Tracking number together with the tracking website will be updated in your account accordingly within 3-4days and you will be notified by email by the time any changes occur.
Heads up: Don’t panic if you find that nothing appears on the tracking website when you enter the tracking number provided by us later on. This is normal in the international logistic industry and it doesn’t mean your haul stopped moving on or was lost. The situation might not update for about a week whilst it’s actually moving. So please just sit tight and have no worries.
7, Shipped
” Shipped ” stands for We dispatched your order and tracking number will be updated in your account accordingly.
Q: I want to buy something which is not listed in your website
A: If you fail to find your desired item from our site then you may send me email with this photo attached and draft the subject as ” Reps I want this ! ” and then our team will seek it for you. No matter what the result is you will have our reply by email. Please be noted hunting for your desired stuff which is not listed on our site literally needs time, so if I may please wait for 2 or 3 days to let me get a qualified stuff for you, and you may wonder why it would take so long? For hunting stuff needs to filter for a qualified factory hence it needs time so if I may please be patient.

Q: How can I choose the best shipping method on my order?

Q: I found my haul was stuck in some country for days and it seems stop moving forward , what would I do?
A: A haul will be transferred from carrier to carrier on its way instead of flying to you directly,and not every carrier will promise to update the logistic info on time, and sometimes you will not get any further shipping info till receive the haul, so this is pretty normal. It is def normal that there is no shipping info got updated in a first week after tracking number was created, we have been using EUB (aka Standard Shipping) for 6 years and this happens EVERY DAY ! EUB is lazy af but def doing good job of shipping reps so no need to worry about. Contact us if you still have no updates 20 days after haul dispatched.
Q: How much will you declare on my haul ?
A: Usually we will declare from $5 to $20 for standard shipping (according to our experience no matter how much you cop $20 is enough for a single package without triggering sus from customs)
Q: I need this haul very urgent can you help me on it?
A: No, once the haul left our warehouse it is totally out of our control and indeed logistic is the ONLY thing that I can’t manage what I can do is no more than you, so I suggest don’t buy from me this time if delivery schedule is that tight and with no buffer on it. I won’t make you unhappy simply because of uncertainty of international shipping. So not buying from me this time is the best option.

A: Trust me, gift box of rep is much less accurate comparing with retail, say retail product is 100% and rep one will be 85-95% but the gift box can only reach 60%
